Do you offer professional racket restringing services?
Yes, we offer professional restringing. You can select your preferred string type and tension when purchasing a new racket, or visit our physical store location for on-the-spot service.
What is your return policy on tennis shoes?
Tennis shoes can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in brand new condition with original packaging. We cannot accept returns on shoes that have been worn on-court.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Express options are available at checkout for 1-2 day delivery, ensuring you get your gear before your next tournament.
Can I demo a racket before committing to a purchase?
Our Demo Program allows you to test up to two rackets for a period of one week. A small fee applies, which can be fully credited toward the purchase of a new, full-priced racket.
Are the tennis balls you sell pressurized?
We carry both pressurized and pressureless tennis balls. Pressurized balls are standard for competitive play, while pressureless balls are ideal for ball machines and practice sessions due to their longevity.
