At Tennis Only, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear. If your new racket, apparel, or shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of purchase provided they are in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or visit our online returns center to select the items you wish to send back and receive your return authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and rackets have not been used or restrung, then secure them in a sturdy shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or choose your own preferred shipping method.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange size within 3-5 business days.
